But If your room is unoccupied the day before your arrival you may check in any time after 7AM and join us for breakfast.
In Room
Your room will be cleaned daily. Fresh linens and towels will be provided twice per week. If you want fresh linens daily let us know and this can be arranged.

We will do up to one machine load of washing per room every day Free of charge. If you would like your laundry to be ironed there will be a charge of $10 per load. Otherwise we can supply an iron and ironing board.
Security
The gate will be locked at all times and will be opened by a member of staff.
Your bedroom has burglar bars, safe and a lock and you will be given a key.
Fale Yau also has a water tank and back up generator if normal services are cut for any reason.
